Room rates vary seasonally. Current rates can be viewed in our online reservation system or shared over the phone at 800.328.4350. Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include sales or local lodging taxes.
To avoid unnecessary charges, we require the following cancellations notices:
24 hours advance notice for Sunday – Thursday reservations
72 hours advance notice for Friday – Saturday reservations
7 days advance notice for an IU event weekend or group reservations

We will beat any of our comparable room prices displayed online when you reserve a room directly through our front desk by phone. In addition, by calling, our staff can assist in placing you in your preferred room location and style. Before calling, you can identify your favorite rooms.
Special Note: If you’d like to reserve a room through our online booking system, please leave a “note” with your top three-room choices and we’ll do our best to place you.
OUR STANDING DISCOUNT
A standing discount is available to all military personnel (including veterans), first responders, and educators. Your dedication makes this world better. Thank you for your service. Our special rate may be obtained by calling our front desk at 800.328.4350.

RESERVATIONS FOR IU GRADUATION WEEKEND
Due to the overwhelming number of requests received for IU Graduation weekend, rooms are conducted by a lottery drawing only.
HOW IT WORKS
Our IU Graduation process begins two years prior to the ceremony date. For example, for Graduation 2025, we began our lottery list in June of 2023. You need to have stayed with us previously to be added to the list.
Our list closes and names are randomly drawn eleven months out from graduation (June of the preceding year). Whether you received a reservation or not, you will hear from us via email.

The inn is often fully occupied during holidays, football/basketball weekends and other special occasions. We highly recommend you make reservations as far in advance as possible. We accept reservations up to one year in advance (excludes IU graduation weekend).
PARKING & CHARGING
Regardless of the house you’re staying in, free parking is available to all guests in the north parking lots of The Ziegler and The Dargan Houses. Additional free parking, including a complementary Tesla Charging Station, is available in the south parking lot of The Hoosier House.
